Mr. Clyne is the CEO of Carbon Asset Developer Associates Grenada Limited and a World Bank PMR expert. Mr. Clyne is a Senior International Low-Carbon Project Developer, registered carbon market expert, certified utilities regulation and strategy professional, intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC) / Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action and Plan readiness and implementation strategy consultant. He also is a registered Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) climate change, clean energy and energy efficiency finance specialist. Mr. Clyne is a seasoned planning professional with over 30 years management, project delivery and finance experience, industrial know-how in oil and gas/petrochemical carbon offset and certified emission reductions, international emissions trading, large scale sustainable development, renewable energy systems and energy efficiency.

Mr. Charles serves as Vice President of CADA and has been a Senior Civil Aviation Officer and Secretary in Grenada for over 30 years. Mr. Charles is a Grenadian national and a graduate of the University of West Indies with an Executive Diploma in Public Sector Management. Additionally, Mr. Charles holds an MBA and Master’s degree from St. George’s University.

Mr. Schlote has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and is a Professional Engineer with 30+ years of experience in engineering, design, and management. He has over 25 U.S. and International Patents covering turbines, gasifiers, combustors, generators, and emissions devices from R&D to implementation.

With over 30+ years of experience executing complex automaton projects while meeting consistently schedule plans, budgets and functionality requirements including technology designs, systems integration, engineering designs and management, financial and budget planning, cost controls and contract administration, team building, strategic planning, structuring and mentoring new engineer and project manager teams, sales support, procurement coordination, operations, maintenance, and reliability projects.

Kassim Osgood

Kassim Osgood is a retired All-Pro Football Player, actor, and entrepreneur. Kassim strives to make his community the best it can be. This never-ending need to help the community is why his teammates and friends nicknamed him “The Mayor of San Diego.”Born in Boston Massachusetts. He moved to California as a young child. He grew up in the small town of Salinas. He graduated from North Salinas High School with a 4.17 GPA. As a scholar-athlete, he accepted a scholarship to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to play football. He was an All American as a sophomore, posting a single game record of 376 receiving yards in one game. After three years there, he transferred to San Diego State. There, he and teammate JR Tolver set an NCAA record for most receiving yards and catches by a tandem in one season.

Professional with 15 plus years of experience in EPC roles attributing to reducing cost and lead time on working assignments. His experience has been in refining, chemicals, and petrochemicals including basic engineering design, revamps, migrations, expansions, and grassroots facilities, and most recently in LNG Exporting. Proven success in
developing standard work processes following project management best practices and project lifecycle procedures. Ability to direct a cross-functional team to enhance stakeholder alignment in collaboration for quality, cost, and budget assurance.
